We’re passionate about a low environmental impact. We use reusable metal straws, as well as glass and ceramic dinnerware. We also grow or source our organic fruits and vegetables locally.

For takeaway orders, we never use disposable plastic. Please bring your own cup for takeaway coffee or drinks. For food, we offer pintos with a small, refundable deposit.

By sourcing all our ingredients locally, we aim to minimize shipping-related impact.
